Experimental installation "Duga" (Ukraine). The Duga radar station was created to track the launches of intercontinental ballistic missiles. Received the nickname "Russian woodpecker" because of what it produced characteristic interference (“knocking”) on the air around the world. The station required a large number electricity to work, so it was built next to the nuclear plant.
