Nuclear power plant (Ukraine). The unfinished power unit of a nuclear power plant with a VVER-1000 reactor. Construction was abandoned due to an accident at another operating nuclear power plant. Nuclear fuel was brought in, but not used. The nuclear power plant is listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the most expensive unfinished nuclear reactor in the world, 2019
